After looking at several hundreds of MLS listings, and visiting dozens of houses, we've finally gotten an offer accepted. Well, it's not 100% official yet, but its pretty close! We are almost in escrow for this house! We should be able to move in by the end of August :) It's been a rough road, but it's finally happening! Here are a few pictures. I'll show you more pictures as we do some remodeling. It needs a bit of work...the house came straight out of the 80's. I guess that's what you get with bank owned properties.Well, I have much to plan for turning this into my "first home" dream home (as opposed to my real dream home which I'll probably never have...)! I'll post more pictures as they come.

Wow, it even has a pool, well it is Cali right?! Alanna it's so cute! I miss you, how are you doing? I'm good. Chantel had her baby earlier this week so I'm going up to stay with her for a few days. She's adorable, check my blog for a pic!
